Job summary

Salesloft is seeking a proactive People Partner in the United States (remote) to support employee relations, policy development, and compliance. You will work closely with managers and the broader People team to address investigations, exit surveys, and workforce questions while shaping the employee experience for a fast-growing company.

You will analyze patterns, partner on long-term people strategies, and craft communications that align with company direction.

THE OPPORTUNITY

At Salesloft, our People Partner is a pivotal part of our success as the go-to for all employee relations. You will work closely with managers to ensure flawless execution of employee support across the organization, and — with the help of the broader People team — manage employee questions, concerns, and offboarding, including investigations, exit surveys, and interviews. You will analyze trends in employee patterns and partner with the Director to execute strategies that support the long-term success of the business, and lead the creation and maintenance of company policies and compliance.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:
