Laitram is seeking a Human Resources and Continuous Improvement-focused professional to partner with divisional leadership to create a comprehensive people strategy. You will design and deliver training on business philosophies and lead performance management, coaching, and development for employees, leads, and supervisors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Human Resources and Training/Talent Development.
• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Adult Education, Business, or related field.
• Experience presenting topics on values, principles and soft skills.
• Ability to translate abstract concepts into practical applications.
• Proven collaborative work style and trust-building.
• Strong communication, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to build a comprehensive people strategy aligned with culture and business goals.
• Design and deliver business philosophy training using blended learning and adult learning principles.
• Support managers with performance coaching and development plans.
• Serve as a trusted partner for coaching and employee relations.
