Job summary

Alstom in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to drive people-centric solutions and support our mission of delivering reliable mobility. You will craft scalable HR strategies, collaborate across functions, and ensure compliant HR operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in HR or related field with 5+ years HR experience, expertise in HRIS and talent management, and strong knowledge of labor laws and change management. Union experience is valued.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in large-scale or matrixed organizations.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, talent management, and employee relations.
Strong understanding of labor laws, organizational development, and change management.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills with a collaborative mindset.
Experience of 2 years of applying California legislation knowledge required
3 or more years of Labor Relations/Union experience
