Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business or related field, or equivalent, relevant experience.
• 2-4 years HR Generalist or HRBP experience preferred.
• HR professional certification preferred.
• Experience handling employee relations issues and making sound judgments.

• Understands the organization's mission, products/services and customers to align HR strategy with objectives.
• Ensures management is aware of policies and guidelines and of local, state, and federal laws affecting team members.
• Works with management to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Completes personnel transactions (hires, promotions, terminations) and maintains records.
• Provides counsel to management and oversees investigations, performance management, and exit interviews.
• Facilitates problem solving and conflict resolution, implementing fair solutions.
• Conducts analyses to implement HR strategies and outcomes.
• Coordinates with HR counterparts to ensure consistency of programs.
• Reviews compensation recommendations with managers and identifies potential issues.
• May be involved in negotiating collective bargaining agreements and contract administration.
