McDonald’s is seeking a Senior Manager, People Partner to provide primary HR business partnership for technology teams. You will guide strategic workforce planning, organization design, talent management, and employee relations, partnering with senior leaders to implement people strategies and build organizational capability.

Competenze

• 5+ years in workforce planning, business operations, strategy, HR strategy, or finance.
• Demonstrated program or project leadership experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills; ability to interpret workforce, financial, and operational data.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills, especially with senior leaders.
• Ability to drive accountability without formal authority.
