Job summary

McHire is seeking a People Experience Lead to supervise, audit, and drive people-focused initiatives across McDonald’s franchise restaurants. The role partners with the General Manager, Owner Operator and Director of Operations to build a high-performing team culture, emphasizing care, respect, and guest experience.

The ideal candidate will lead training programs, oversee staffing analytics, and ensure workforce readiness while maintaining alignment with corporate standards and local franchise
