Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Build deep, trusted, long-term relationships with business unit leaders and their teams. Serve as a genuine thought partner on organizational health, talent strategy, and team effectiveness.
• Business Acumen: Develop a thorough understanding of each client group's business model, goals, and pressures to anticipate needs and connect People initiatives to outcomes.
• Organizational & Talent Development: Partner with leaders to build high-performing, engaged teams; drive org design, succession planning, and leadership development.
• Employee Relations: Navigate complex employee situations with sound judgement, empathy, and legal awareness.
• Change Leadership: Champion people-related transformation initiatives and align stakeholders through transitions.
• People Team Investment: Contribute to the strength and continuous improvement of the People team.
• Program Execution: Drive end-to-end execution of People programs with precision.
• Builder Mindset: Identify gaps and design solutions to build People infrastructure.
• Consultative Expertise: Use analytical skills to diagnose needs and recommend strategic solutions.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current on emerging HR trends and best practices.
