Job summary

VulcanForms Inc. is seeking a Lead People Partner to empower our leaders and scale our People function as we grow.

This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to coach managers, resolve people challenges, and design scalable processes that support a fast-changing manufacturing environment. You will partner with leaders to drive workforce planning, organization design, and talent development, while building an exceptional employee experience across hourly and salaried roles.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience in roles supporting leaders across an organization.
• Experience supporting both salaried and hourly employee populations in manufacturing or operational environments is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and ability to coach leaders through complex people challenges.
• Experience building or improving HR processes in growing or changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the People Partner for assigned business units or shared services, understanding business goals, priorities, talent needs, and challenges.
• Coach leaders on performance management, employee development, and team effectiveness to build confidence and capability.
• Lead employee relations and performance matters with sound judgment and consistency, identifying root causes and escalation needs.
• Partner on workforce planning, organization design, and talent development as the company grows.
• Build an engaging employee experience with visible onsite presence and relationships across roles and levels, including hourly and salaried employees.
• Develop scalable People processes and programs to simplify, standardize, automate and improve operations.
