Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations, performance management, and org development.
• Experience as a trusted business partner delivering strategic HR solutions to leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to understand objectives and workforce needs.
• Provide coaching on leadership development, performance, and employee relations.
• Lead investigations to resolve employee relations issues in compliance with policies.
