People Partners function as strategic and consultative allies to leaders. In essence, the People Partner acts as a vital bridge, connecting individual employee needs with organizational objectives, contributing to a vibrant, supportive, and scientifically impactful environment at Broad. This position requires a hybrid work schedule blending an onsite presence of 2 days a week in the office to foster collaboration, while allowing flexibility for the rest of the week to be worked remotely.

Pay Range: 104,000/yr - 145,333/yr
The expected base salary range for this position as listed above is based on a 40 hour per week schedule. Broad provides pay ranges representing its reasonable and good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, qualifications, and other factors permissible by law.
