Job summary

Responsibilities

• Consult with managers on annual people processes and programs.
• Provide guidance on employee policies & practices.
• Act as contact for employee relations issues and escalation paths.
• Plan and execute HR processes per annual roadmap.
• Prepare reports and presentations on organizational health and people metrics.
• Mentor junior People Operations colleagues.
