Job summary

Lennar is seeking a Manager, Strategic Initiatives to lead and support the People Ops strategy and cross‑functional HR projects. The role links strategy to execution, tracks quarterly OKRs, and drives the rhythm of business.

It sits in HR Enablement, serving a 100-person organization with executive communication responsibilities. The position emphasizes relationship-building, stakeholder advisory work, and data-driven storytelling for senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 3–4+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic planning, and/or project management in large corporations or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to build frameworks, models, and strategic recommendations from data
• Effective communicator who can translate data into clear insights for senior stakeholders
• Storyteller who can craft structured narratives from disparate datapoints to spur action
• Solid project management basics: kick-off, plan, regular checkpoints, follow-up
• Curiosity, growth mindset, and willingness to learn and experiment
• Facilitation/training/teaching skills are not required, though a differentiator
• HR/industry experience is not required, though a differentiator

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain relationships with stakeholders across HR to align priorities and drive momentum on strategic initiatives
• Partner to serve as a trusted advisor and central coordination point for cross‑functional initiatives
• Use data and budget figures to craft concise exec-facing presentations
• Facilitate senior-level meetings and leadership sessions with actionable outcomes
• Improve ways of working for the People Ops Leadership Team with measurable growth
• Develop and maintain project/initiative plans including roadmaps, budgets, and risk assessments
• Champion change management principles across the organization
• Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
