iRocket is seeking an HR & People Operations Lead to build scalable HR systems, drive talent initiatives, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. You will own recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, craft people policies, manage compensation and benefits, and partner with leadership to guide strategic people decisions.

The role emphasizes data-driven HR, compliance with labor laws, and building programs for engagement, training, and wellness across a growing team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience (startup or engineering environment preferred).
Hands-on experience with recruiting, performance management, compensation.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, retention strategies.
Develop people operations policies, handbooks, performance management systems.
Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
Promote employee engagement, training, development, and wellness programs.
Oversee HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
Serve as trusted HR business partner to leadership and teams.
Ensure legal compliance and audit readiness (labor laws, OSHA, EEO).
