Job summary
iRocket is seeking an HR & People Operations Lead to build scalable HR systems, drive talent initiatives, and foster an inclusive, high-performance culture. You will own recruitment from sourcing to onboarding, craft people policies, manage compensation and benefits, and partner with leadership to guide strategic people decisions.
The role emphasizes data-driven HR, compliance with labor laws, and building programs for engagement, training, and wellness across a growing team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience (startup or engineering environment preferred).
- Hands-on experience with recruiting, performance management, compensation.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, retention strategies.
- Develop people operations policies, handbooks, performance management systems.
- Administer compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR compliance.
- Promote employee engagement, training, development, and wellness programs.
- Oversee HR metrics, reporting, and data-driven decision making.
- Serve as trusted HR business partner to leadership and teams.
- Ensure legal compliance and audit readiness (labor laws, OSHA, EEO).
