Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a senior data analytics professional to inform enterprise-wide compensation, benefits, shareholder, and incentive strategies. You will partner with business partners and stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making and ensure data governance and reporting accuracy.

The role focuses on developing measurement frameworks, evaluating program effectiveness, building dashboards, and transitioning to advanced analytics to improve workforce outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with advanced data analysis, reporting tools, and spreadsheet modeling.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) preferred.
• Strong data governance and data quality skills.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes compensation, benefits, and workforce data to generate insights for Total Rewards strategies.
• Develops measurement frameworks and evaluates ROI and program effectiveness across Total Rewards initiatives.
• Performs pay equity and demographic analyses; presents data-driven recommendations.
• Integrates Total Rewards data with broader People data to identify trends and risks.
• Develops dashboards and predictive models to forecast compensation and benefits trends.
