Job summary

Grand Circle Corporation, headquartered in Boston, MA, is seeking a People & Culture (P&C) Business Partner to align HR strategies with Finance and Operations. You will partner with senior leaders to shape organizational design, workforce planning, and talent development in a fast‑moving, hybrid environment.

The role demands strategic advisory skills and hands‑on HR execution, with daily focus on employee relations, performance management, and culture building across remote and on‑site teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field; Master’s or HR certification preferred.
• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 4 in HRBP roles.
• Experience partnering with remote and hybrid teams.
• Experience supporting Finance or Operations functions preferred.
• Must be located in MA, NH, or RI to be on-site in Boston 3 days/week.
