Job summary

You will partner with senior leaders to optimize organizational design, workforce planning, and talent deployment in a dynamic, hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field.
• 8–10+ years of progressive HR experience; at least 4 years as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience partnering with remote and hybrid teams.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and organizational design principles.
• Located in MA, NH, or RI to be onsite in our Boston office 3 days per week.
• Strong relationship-building and consultation skills across all levels.
• Proficiency in HR technologies, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.
• Commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to develop and execute people strategies that advance business goals.
• Advise leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent deployment, onboarding, and team optimization.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and TA to define talent needs and support recruitment for specialized roles.
• Facilitate succession planning, capability assessments, and development strategies for technical, creative, and leadership roles.
• Coach managers on performance management, career paths, and coaching approaches.
• Provide guidance on compensation structures and workforce costs.
• Use KPIs and analytics to identify trends, diagnose risks, and improve performance and retention.
• Prepare regular reporting on P&C activities and business impact.
