Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group seeks a People & Culture Business Partner to provide day-to-day and strategic guidance on people and organization development in a dynamic, matrixed environment. This onsite role sits in the LionStreet office in Austin, TX, supporting local teams while aligning with the centralized People & Culture organization.

You will partner with leadership on workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and change initiatives, using analytics

Qualifications

• 4+ years of HR Business Partner experience with field HRBP focus.
• Experience in resolving complex employee relations issues.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, business or related field.
• Experience with integrations and change management (M&A helpful).

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for leadership and employees on workforce planning, talent development, employee relations, performance management, and related guidance.
• Collaborate with People & Culture COEs to address payroll, benefits, and company policies.
• Support unit leadership with talent management, engagement, succession planning, and development planning.
• Consult on promotions, transfers, and new hires with People & Culture and FP&A leadership.
• Lead and support change management, HR process improvements, and restructures.
• Mediate and resolve employee relations issues; conduct investigations with leadership and legal.
• Use people analytics to identify gaps and drive solutions; advise on organizational design.
