Job summary

Milhouse Engineering and Construction, Inc. is seeking a Senior People & Culture Operations Partner to serve as a trusted HR partner for field and corporate teams.

You will balance strategic HR guidance with hands-on operational support across employee relations, performance, talent development, workforce planning, and onboarding. You will advise leaders, manage sensitive employee matters, and collaborate with COE teams to deliver a consistent, positive team member experience throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR or related field.
• 5+ years HR/People & Culture experience, generalist or BP background.
• Strong employee relations and performance management experience.
• Experience partnering with managers and senior leaders.
• Work across corporate and field environments; employment law knowledge.
• HRIS experience and proficiency with MS Office; Excel emphasized.
• SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR or SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted People & Culture partner to field and corporate leaders.
• Coach managers on employee management, performance, and accountability.
• Handle employee relations matters with discretion.
• Partner on performance reviews, goals, and development plans.
• Support organizational structure changes, promotions, transfers.
• Identify workforce trends using data and feedback, propose actions.
• Drive talent management, succession planning, and retention strategies.
• Support onboarding and lifecycle HR activities.
• Ensure policy consistency and escalate high-risk issues.
