Qualifications

• 6+ years of HRBP experience or equivalent in a growth/matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for leadership and employees on workforce planning, performance management, and employee relations.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated talent, rewards, and organizational solutions.
• Coach leaders on performance management, leadership capability, and change leadership.
• Partner with leadership teams on promotions, transfers, and new hires with Finance input.
• Leverage workforce data and metrics to diagnose issues and influence strategic decisions.
• Lead organizational change and transformation initiatives, including acquisitions and restructures.
• Develop practical, business-aligned people plans and continuous development tools.
