Job summary

CoAd is seeking a Business Sales Consultant in the Tampa, FL area to influence C-Suite decisions and sell CoAd PEO services. This field sales role focuses on establishing new prospects and meeting annual quotas, with uncapped earning potential.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5+ years in complex sales, consultative selling skills, and experience with Salesforce. PEO knowledge and a strong client network are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in business/technical field.
• 3–5+ years in complex solution-based sales or 2+ years in outside sales.
• PEO consulting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities that result in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
