Job summary

CoAd seeks a Business Sales Consultant to influence C-Suite decision makers and grow our co-employment PEO services across the assigned region. This field sales role starts as a hunter with uncapped earning potential and targets new prospects and productive relationships with SMBs.

You will profile and manage Salesforce.com daily, generate leads, build a network of small and mid-size business owners, and collaborate with senior executives to tailor CoAd offerings to client needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical discipline.
• 3–5+ years in complex solution sales or 2+ years outside sales.
• PEO consulting experience preferred.
• Strong business acumen with quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new business opportunities resulting in new clients.
• Profile and manage Salesforce.com daily.
• Develop and maintain a network of small and mid-size business owners.
• Identify and establish potential channel partners and grow the client base.
• Collaborate with C-Suite to address business needs and expand CoAd offerings.
