Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth across the Northeast region, leading a team of District Sales Managers and coordinating with PEMB brands. This role covers New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut and nearby markets.

You will develop regional strategy, coach field teams, manage key accounts, and collaborate with estimating, engineering, operations and sales excellence to win projects. Expect 40–50% travel.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of sales experience within pre-engineered metal building (PEMB).
• 3+ years of sales leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop sales teams across large territories.
• Willingness to travel 40–50% across the Northeast region.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional Strategy: Drive growth, profitability and market share across the Northeast region.
• Develop & Coaching Sales Teams: Mentor District Sales Managers with coaching and engagement.
• Drive Revenue Growth: Support opportunities, pricing strategy and project management initiatives.
• Build Executive-Level Relationships: Strengthen relationships with contractors and key customers.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with estimating, engineering, operations, and sales excellence.
