Job summary

The Pittsburgh Paints Company is seeking a Regional Manager to drive sales growth across the New England region and support PPC and Home Depot channels. You will lead a field team including PPC Store employees, Account Development Managers and Territory Managers while working remotely.

You will report to the Divisional Manager and travel within CT, ME, MA, NH, RI, VT and the Albany area of New York to execute our sales strategy and build strategic partnerships, with a focus on profitability and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or 5+ years leading a sales team.
• Experience with CRM software tools, sales analytics and territory reporting.
• Travel within the entire state and surrounding states is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify important partner relationships to build strategic account partnerships.
• Develop and implement the regional profit plan and hit sales goals.
• Analyze main performance metrics to achieve regional targets.
• Collaborate with team functions to provide field feedback.
