Job summary

Zscaler seeks a strategic PE-focused leader to drive engagements and value selling for cyber resiliency initiatives. You will manage PE relationships, originate pipeline, and guide deal structuring across transformations.

Collaborate with account teams, lead negotiations, and translate business value into compelling PE transactions. This role requires strong PE/IB/consulting background and deep EBITDA-focused metrics within the cybersecurity space.

Qualifications

• PE, consulting, or investment banking experience.
• Deep PE/LBO knowledge and metrics: IRR, ROI, EBITDA.
• Cybersecurity and AI/ML foundation; autonomous.

Responsibilities

• Manage PE relationships, execute go-to-market plans, and QBRs.
• Originate pipeline and collaborate with account teams on transformation.
• Lead commercial negotiations for PE transactions.
