Job summary

ABB in Senatobia, MS seeks a Time Administrator to manage weekly and bi-weekly time submittals for payroll across 1200+ onsite employees. You will support HR operations, ensure accuracy in time data, and maintain compliance with local regulations while coordinating with HRBP and managers.

The role requires experience with Kronos/UKG and Workday, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced manufacturing environment onsite.

Qualifications

• Strong Time Management skills and experience with payroll time submissions.
• Experience with UKG/Kronos and Workday time modules is highly preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Manage weekly and bi-weekly time submittals for payroll.
• Analyze time and pay discrepancies and assist in issue resolution.
• Create and execute reports to ensure the integrity of Time and Attendance data.
• Provide guidance on timekeeping systems to managers and HR staff.
• Act as Time Administrator for Kronos/UKG and Workday processing and payroll support.
