Qualifications

• Experience managing payroll or HCM project portfolios.
• Strong requirements gathering and business analysis skills.
• Ability to establish governance, RAID logs, and decision protocols.
• Familiarity with UKG Pro, Workday, Infor WFM and other HCM tools.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Teams, SharePoint or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of payroll projects from intake to closeout.
• Develop integrated plans, milestones, resources and success metrics.
