Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management with payroll or HCM projects.
• Experience gathering business and functional requirements and driving stakeholder decisions.
• Leadership of cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Knowledge of UKG Pro, Workday, Infor WFM, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of payroll projects from intake through implementation and closeout.
• Develop integrated plans with scope, milestones, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Govern RAID logs, change control, and decision tracking to ensure delivery.
• Partner with Payroll Operations, IT, HRIS, Finance, and vendors for governance and alignment.
• Support continuous improvement and optimization of portfolio delivery metrics.
