Job summary

Connect Centric, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the payroll workstream within a large HCM program, focusing on UKG and Workday. You will plan, coordinate, and oversee deliverables, schedules, risks, testing, cutover, and transition readiness.

This role requires hands-on payroll experience with UKG and Workday, collaboration with payroll, HR, finance, IT, vendors, and partners, and strong communication, governance, and documentation capabilities to ensure compliant, on-time payroll

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least five years delivering enterprise HCM/payroll projects.
• Experience with UKG and Workday payroll initiatives and integrations.
• Experience coordinating testing, data validation, security, and post-implementation stabilization.

Responsibilities

• Lead payroll workstream planning and execution across UKG and Workday.
• Coordinate schedules, risks, issues, and implementation activities.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare materials, and share progress with leadership.
• Collaborate with payroll, HR, finance, IT, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure compliance, data integrity, and operational readiness.
• Support change management, training readiness, and adoption.
• Maintain RAID logs and project dashboards.
