This role partners with HR and Finance to mitigate risk and maintain data integrity within ADP and financial systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of related payroll experience and strong knowledge of payroll processes.
• Proficiency with ADP payroll software and internal controls.
• Ability to handle confidential information and adhere to audit requirements.

Responsibilities

• Administer full-cycle payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple codes and schedules.
• Process garnishments, levies, and other court-ordered deductions timely and accurately.
• Manage payroll data entry, benefits, taxes, and year-end reporting with precision.
• Coordinate with HR and Finance to ensure compliance and audit readiness.
• Support internal and external audits with documentation and responses.
