Job summary

Indiana Fever is seeking a Payroll Manager to lead full-cycle payroll for 2,000+ employees across multiple codes and frequencies. You will work closely with Human Resources and Finance to ensure accurate data, timely processing, and regulatory compliance.

The role includes audits, GL postings, and liaison with NBA/WNBA offices when needed, with a focus on internal controls and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer full-cycle payroll across multiple codes and frequencies for 2,000+ employees.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Support audits and GL reconciliation; prepare payroll reports and post-payroll reviews.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, and league offices on payroll calendars and schedules.
• Maintain confidentiality and data integrity in all payroll activities.
