Job summary

Ho-Chunk, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Payroll Manager to lead end-to-end payroll operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across all employee groups.

You will oversee multiple systems, drive process improvements, and partner with HR, Finance, IT, and vendors to maintain data integrity and enhance payroll services. The role requires strong knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations, plus experience with Dayforce, Costpoint, ADP WFN, Workday, or UKG.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in accounting, finance, or related field with 8-10 years of experience.
• Experience with Dayforce and/or Costpoint payroll/timekeeping systems preferred.
• Supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of federal, state, and local payroll regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing for all employee groups.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Prepare payroll and management reports.
• Supervise payroll team members and coordinate with HR, Finance, IT, Benefits.
• Maintain data integrity and security of payroll systems.
