Job summary

LOOP is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations across the organization. The role requires managing payroll administration, tax reporting, reconciliations, year-end processing, and compliance while partnering with Human Resources and Finance.

The ideal candidate will handle multiple payroll cycles, ensure accuracy and timeliness, and navigate complex regulatory requirements. Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems and strong attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of payroll processing experience.
• Experience with payroll tax reporting and year-end processing including W-2.

Responsibilities

• Manage accurate, timely processing of multiple payroll cycles per policy and regulations.
• Review payroll changes including hires, bonuses, and terminations.
• Coordinate tax filings with third-party providers.
• Prepare quarterly payroll tax reports and year-end W-2 processing.
• Maintain payroll data in Workday and related systems.
• Audit payroll processes and support internal controls.
