Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive payroll processing experience, preferably multi-state.
• Healthcare payroll experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state wage and hour laws and benefits deductions.

Responsibilities

• Process Bi-Weekly Payroll: End-to-end payroll for multi-site employees.
• Time & Labor Administration: Audit timekeeping; manage compliance with wage laws.
• Deductions & Contributions: Process benefits, 401(k), garnishments, and pre/post-tax items.
• Expense Management: Review and process employee expense reimbursements.
• Paid Leave: Track PTO and Sick Leave balances and payouts.
• HRIS, Compliance & Support: Support HRIS implementations and payroll modules.
