Job summary

Exalt Health, LLC. is seeking a Corporate Payroll Coordinator to join the HR team. You will manage accurate, compliant, and timely payrolls across corporate and facility locations, handling time and labor, deductions, expenses, and year-end tax reporting.

You will also support HRIS implementations and maintain data integrity in payroll systems. The role reports to the VP of HR and requires expertise in payroll software and benefits administration to ensure ACA compliance and accurate wage

Qualifications

• 3 years of progressive payroll processing experience, preferably multi-state and healthcare.
• Advanced proficiency with payroll software and Excel.
• Knowledge of federal/state wage and hour laws and benefits administration as it affects payroll.

Responsibilities

• Process bi-weekly payroll for multiple sites, ensuring accurate wages, deductions and withholdings.
• Audit time and labor system for compliance and reconcile discrepancies.
• Process deductions and contributions including 401(k) and garnishments; manage expense reimbursements.
• Support HRIS implementation and provide payroll data for reports.
• Assist with ACA compliance and regulatory payroll reporting.
