• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
• 2–4 years of payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal/state payroll regulations.
• Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
• CPP certification preferred.
• Confidentiality and strong communication skills.
• Excel, including advanced features.

Responsibilities

• Process and oversee payroll including salaries, wages, bonuses, and deductions.
• Maintain and review payroll processing systems for timely transactions.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to align payroll with business goals.
• Lead year-end reporting and tax form reconciliation.
• Mentor junior staff and address employee payroll inquiries.
• Perform regular audits for data integrity and compliance.
