Qualifications

• 2+ years of payroll processing, HRIS administration and benefits administration.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll and benefit laws/regulations.
• Proficiency with ADP or similar HRIS/payroll software and benefits platforms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain up-to-date employee, payroll and benefits records, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Process and verify payroll data, including hours worked, deductions, and bonuses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable laws.
• Administer employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
• Conduct payroll and benefit data audits.
• Respond promptly to employee inquiries regarding payroll and benefits, providing clear and accurate information.
• Coordinate with external vendors and internal departments to resolve payroll discrepancies and benefits issues.
• Prepare and submit required payroll tax filings and reports in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in the implementation and communication of new payroll and benefits policies or programs.
