Job summary

Catholic Health is seeking a Payroll Analyst to oversee the payroll inputs for the health system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across 16,000+ employees. The role collaborates with business partners to drive efficiencies and reliability.

You will analyze data, prepare reports, and support system applications while maintaining project standards and deadlines. A bachelor’s degree and payroll experience are required or fallback experience for large payrolls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with two years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
• Payroll closing experience for large payrolls (15,000+ employees) is considered.
• Prior payroll experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes, verifies, tracks and maintains department databases and software; analyzes and prepares data for leadership.
• Presents data in clear formats for managers and staff; assists in monitoring tools development and implementation.
• Assists in design and maintenance of system applications; applies project planning methodologies.
• Liaises between business units, technology and support teams; documents data requirements.
• Supports meeting objectives and agendas; ensures project standards and deadlines.
