Tri Valley, Inc. seeks a Payroll Coordinator to manage end-to-end payroll, ensure wage law compliance, and support monthly closes and audits. The role requires meticulous data handling and accurate labor allocations within our accounting systems.

You will process bi-weekly payrolls and caregiver payrolls, maintain employee data and deductions, and keep payroll software configurations current to meet regulatory timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of dedicated payroll administration experience.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process bi-weekly payroll and monthly AFC caregiver payroll using CheckWriters.
• Update employee profiles, compensation, deductions and tax changes.
• Maintain CheckWriters configurations and labor allocation rules.
