Job summary

Trilliant Food & Nutrition, LLC is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own end-to-end payroll processing and compliance. The role partners with Finance, HR, and outside vendors to ensure timely, accurate payroll delivery and supports audits and reporting.

The position supervises the Payroll Coordinator, handles garnishments, benefit contributions, and tax administration, and works at our Little Chute, WI facility with standard business hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of multi-state payroll processing and compliance.
• Strong data analysis and payroll accounting skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Payroll Coordinator, including performance management, coaching, and development.
• Process federal and state tax withholding setups and timesheet data review for payroll processing.
• Prepare payroll and payroll accrual journal entries and support month-end reconciliations.
