Job summary

Paycom is seeking an HR Partner to manage payroll processing and benefits administration in a multi-state environment. The role maintains the HRIS (Paycom), ensures on-time payroll, and prepares required reports while complying with wage and hour laws.

The position also supports benefits orientations, open enrollment, ACA reporting, and recruitment assistance. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or HR preferred.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
• Minimum three years of multi-state payroll experience.
• Proficient with Paycom and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and reviews Paycom payroll to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Prepares payroll records and reports and ensures compliance with laws.
• Streamlines payroll/benefit processing and improves the employee experience.
• Conducts benefits orientations for new hires and coordinates open enrollment.
• Reconciles monthly benefit invoices and communicates with carriers.
• Prepares ACA and other required regulatory reports.
• Prepares month-end reports and supports recruitment as needed.
