Job summary

Spot On Talent is seeking a Payroll and Benefits Manager to join our Georgetown, TX office. You will lead end-to-end payroll and benefits operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness while maintaining compliance across multiple states.

Collaborate with finance and HR leadership on stock-based compensation and vendor management to optimize benefits. This role offers a dynamic environment in a growing tech organization with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in accounting/finance/hr or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in payroll and benefits management, preferably in a public company with 300+ employees.
• Strong payroll tax compliance and multi-state payroll experience required.
• Proficiency with ADP Payroll system.
• CPP or similar certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire payroll and benefits process.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations.
• Manage SUI tax filings and payroll-related audits.
• Collaborate with finance and HR leadership on stock-based compensation.
• Coordinate with vendors and adjusters to optimize benefits offerings.
