SHI International Corp. is seeking a Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll delivery across the organization.

The role reports through HR and partners with HR, Commissions, and Accounting to process payroll, resolve inquiries, validate data, and support process improvements. The position requires a dependable, detail-oriented professional who can manage deadlines, maintain confidentiality, and contribute to the employee experience.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for payroll reporting and data analysis.
• Knowledge of payroll accounting concepts and controls; ability to partner with Accounting on reconciliations and tax setup.
• Experience with payroll systems such as ADP and Vantage for processing, data maintenance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate payroll services following payroll calendars and compliance requirements.
• Maintain payroll records, respond to inquiries, and manage data changes across HR and finance teams.
• Process garnishments, year-end reporting (W-2, W-2c), and file imports; identify and fix data issues; support international payroll as needed.
