Top Stack is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to support and optimize payroll operations across multi-state environments. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, maintain regulatory compliance, and drive process improvements within the payroll function.

Responsibilities include weekly/bi-weekly payroll, data audits, state reconciliations, reporting, and collaboration with HR and finance to streamline processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of payroll experience and multi-state knowledge.
  • Proficiency with payroll systems and software.
  • Strong understanding of payroll regulations across states.
  • Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidentiality and effective communication skills.
