Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in analytics or revenue cycle, strong SQL (2+ years), business acumen, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize contracting opportunities based on reimbursement, volume, and strategic value.
  • Develop and maintain negotiation models for in-network agreements and reimbursement scenarios.
  • Build repeatable Excel models, tools, and templates for business decisions.
  • Design SQL queries and analyze large data sets to identify revenue trends.
  • Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Support No Surprises Act initiatives with ad hoc analysis.
  • Identify opportunities to automate recurring analyses and reporting.

POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Identify and prioritize potential contracting opportunities based on reimbursement, volume, market dynamics, strategic value, financial impact , and other relevant factors
  • Develo p and maintain negotiation models used to evaluate potential in-network agreements , reimbursement scenarios, and target-rate recommendations
  • Build repeatable excel models, tools, and templates to support business decisions
  • Design SQL queries and manipulate large volumes of data to identify and interpret reimbursement and revenue trends
  • Synthesize quantitative findings and business considerations into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Support Federal No Surprises Act and other i nitiatives through ad hoc analysis and strategic problem-solving
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or automate recurring analyses, reporting, and operational workflows
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with 3+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, revenue cycle, healthcare, or a related field.
  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract, transform, analyze, and interpret complex data using SQL (2+ years required).
  • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills, with a proven ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented professional with a track record of delivering high-quality results, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with adaptability, curiosity for AI and emerging technologies, and healthcare revenue cycle, reimbursement, or payer contracting experience preferred.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $85,000.00-$100,000.00 Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
