Job summary

GreenState Credit Union is seeking a Payment Systems Business Analyst to support continuous improvement of payment systems and related processes. You will partner with business and technical teams to analyze needs, document requirements, and drive solutions that enhance efficiency, controls, compliance, and member experience.

You will translate requirements into clear specifications, support system changes through design, testing, and deployment, and develop reporting to drive informed decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Accounting, Operations, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, payments operations, or related discipline.
• Experience in a financial institution, payments organization, fintech, or credit union preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and technical teams to identify, analyze, and document business needs for payment systems.
• Translate business requirements into clear, actionable documentation for system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support implementation of payment system changes through design, testing, validation, and deployment activities.
• Analyze payment processes, workflows, and system performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Maintain accurate business documentation to support audit readiness and knowledge transfer.
