Job summary

The role partners with leadership to advance payment capabilities, align initiatives with regulatory requirements, and drive measurable business results across departments.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in Payments, Banking, or Financial Services strategy.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience.
• Strong understanding of payment networks and related vendors.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic objectives, system scope, and enterprise Payments roadmap priorities.
• Leads requirements elicitation and translates into functional specifications.
• Act as liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Develop and manage project plans with milestones and resources.
• Oversee integration of system enhancements and vendor solutions.
• Coordinate production deployments and post-implementation activities.
• Lead UAT design, execution, and defect tracking.
