Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; required may be considered.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Payments, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives and translate requirements into solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic objectives, system scope, and payments roadmap priorities with leadership and stakeholders.
• Elicit requirements and translate them into functional specifications and strategic solutions.
• Coordinate with business users, technical teams, and vendors to align processes and product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional teams and vendors to implement business rules, policies, and objectives.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, and resources for complex payment initiatives.
• Oversee deployments, integrations, and new features across payment channels.
• Lead UAT design, test cases, defects, and resolution tracking.
• Establish QA frameworks and performance metrics to meet objectives and regulatory needs.
