Job summary

Qualifications

• Five years of relevant payment and operations experience.
• Managerial/supervisory experience preferred.
• Detail oriented and deadline driven.
• Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of payments industry and real-time payments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the payments operations team in line with bank strategy.
• Monitor regulatory compliance and document internal controls.
• Lead audits, risk assessments, and issue resolution.
• Build cross-functional partnerships to execute payment initiatives.
• Develop budgets, dashboards, and analytics to drive decisions.
• Manage vendor relationships and SLAs with vendors and tech teams.
• Handle escalated inquiries and improve customer experience.
