Job summary

Bankmw in Overland Park, KS seeks an Electronic Payments Manager to lead the Deposit Operations & Delivery team. You will oversee debit card dispute processing, support activities, and ACH receipt oversight, ensuring accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance across all transactions.

The role partners with stakeholders to drive risk management, process improvements, and reliable service. AAP/APRP certification and 5+ years in ACH/debit payments are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Active AAP or APRP certification.
• 5+ years in ACH processing, debit card dispute processing, or debit card support.
• Strong knowledge of Regulation E and NACHA rules.
• Proven leadership with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and banking systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Electronic Payments team with performance management and process improvement.
• Manage debit card dispute processing, debit card support activities, and general ledger balancing.
• Partner with clients and associates to resolve issues and maintain service excellence.
• Communicate effectively to motivate and build relationships.
• Maintain guidelines, policies, and organizational structure.
• Support ACH RDFI practices balancing risk with client service.
• Monitor risk, perform transaction analysis, and support fraud mitigation.
• Support system enhancements, testing, and regulatory projects.
• Prepare reporting and documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.
