Job summary

Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor’s Degree or education equivalent.
• Minimum of 2–5 years of experience building and managing customer/client relationships.
• Fluently bilingual in English/Spanish a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee partnership communication and execution on all major deliverables and renewal revenue.
• Review major deliverables to ensure quality standards and client expectations are met.
• Assist in finalizing agreements with new partners to ensure smooth transition into management of the relationship.
• Work with leadership on contract renewals and opportunities for account growth.
• Maintain CRM and provide regular status reports on account activity.
